Payment processing on public holidays

If you want to be certain that your payment order is processed before a public holiday, don’t leave it to the last minute. Send it well before the normal time and date given as the deadline. 

Beware: for SEPA Direct Debit (both Core and B2B) different delivery deadlines are applicable during the holiday season.

  Submit your instructions at the latest on Monday 22 December at 17.00 hours.
