Unblocking your card easily online

You will often be able to unblock your card yourself in the ABN AMRO app or on Internet Banking. You can do so if:

  • you blocked the card yourself in the ABN AMRO app or on Internet Banking;
  • you have entered the wrong PIN 3 times at an ATM or in a shop.

No ABN AMRO app?

If you don’t use the ABN AMRO app, you can unblock your card on Internet Banking. You will need a different card associated with your current account in order to log in (e.g. the card for a joint account).

  • your e.dentifier tells you your PIN is blocked.

You can only unblock your card at an ATM if you still know your PIN. If you’ve forgotten your PIN, please call us .
