Need to pay and withdraw money without a debit card?

There are several ways to do so:

  • With the ABN AMRO app, you can withdraw money without a card. Here's how it works.
  • Have you already used Google Pay or Apple Pay? With your iPhone, Android phone, or smart watch, you can make contactless payments without a debit card. Read more about Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Payments and withdrawals can also be made using a credit card, even abroad. Please note: withdrawing cash with your credit card incurs a charge of at least 4%, with a minimum of €4.50 per transaction  per transaction per withdrawal.

If you don’t use the ABN AMRO app, you can block your card on Internet Banking. You will need a different card associated with your current account in order to log in (e.g. the card for a joint account).
