Unblock your debit card

Unblock your debit card immediately

  • Have you blocked your card yourself through the ABN AMRO app or Internet Banking?
  • Have you entered the wrong PIN 3 times at an ATM or while paying with your debit card in a shop?
  • Are you now logged in with a spare debit card or a card from your joint account?

Then click on the button below, click on 'Unblock' next to the relevant card and complete the next steps. The card can then be used again straightaway.

Not working? Or has something else happened?

  • Have you entered the wrong PIN in the e.dentifier 3 times?
  • Have you entered the wrong response code in the e.dentifier 3 times?
  • Does the e.dentifier indicate that your PIN is blocked?

Do you still know your PIN? Then you can unblock your debit card at an ATM. You do this by requesting your balance or withdrawing cash. You can then use your card again straightaway.

Unblock your debit card

If you have blocked your debit card in the Mobile Banking app yourself, or if you have entered the wrong PIN 3 times at an ATM, you can easily unblock your debit card using Internet Banking or the ABN AMRO app.
