Can’t remember your identification code or have you entered an incorrect code three times?

That’s frustrating, but it’s easy to solve:

1. Re-register your device in the app. This happens automatically, all you have to do is initiate it from the app. You won’t even need an e.dentifier or your debit card. 
2. Follow the same steps you followed when you set up the app. For details of these steps, see the section on how to set up the app. 
3. Choose a new 5-digit identification code and confirm.

You can now log in using your new identification code and use the app as usual.
