- Log into Internet Banking
- Click on your payment account
- On the left-hand site, click 'Direct debits'
- All rejected direct debits are listed under 'Rejected direct debits'
- All direct debits that will be debited within 2-5 days are listed under 'Scheduled and paid direct debits'
